Kristin is actively involved in the area of general civil litigation, primarily focusing on personal injury, real estate and business litigation.

After earning her degree from Ohio University, Kristin moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to pursue her J.D. at Nova Southeastern University. While attending Nova, Kristin was a staff member and writer for the International Citator and Research Guide. The International Citator and Research Guide, or “The Green Book”, is the first comprehensive research manual of international legal citation and law written specifically for attorneys and legal academics. Three of Kristin’s articles will soon be published in a future volume of the Green Book. Kristin also received book awards for the highest grade in several of her courses at Nova, including Torts, Copyrights and Trademarks, Defamation and Privacy Law and Professional Responsibility. Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Nova in 2014 and was in the top 10% of her class. Kristin is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for PenOhio, a flagship State Charter of The United Fellowship of The Pen (UFP), a new national non-profit organization aiming to make writing a sport all across America.

Kristin lives in Plain Township with her husband Greg, also an associate attorney at Soles Law, and their family. Outside of the practice of law, she enjoys writing, traveling and having her heart broken by the Cleveland Browns on most Sundays.
